Thank you for your interest in the Columbus Children's Theatre Academy! When the WINTER Class Schedule is posted soon, here you will find links to the forms to complete in order to enroll your child in our classes.
Please fill them out and return them to us as promptly as possible.

You can obtain a registration form for CCT Academy Classes in 2 ways:
 
1. Click below for a form as a pdf file fill it out online, then print it, and mail or FAX it to us (FAX # is 224-8844).

You will NOT be able to save the completed form using Acrobat Reader. You must print it after filling it out.

Financial aid funds, also known as CCT’s “Angel Fund”, are provided by generous donors from the central Ohio community. As is the case with many organizations such as ours, funds are extremely limited, and as such, are to be used as sparingly as possible. Priority is given to students who can demonstrate need and provide proof of that need, as well as intense interest in the arts through the essay portion of the form.  We do consider all applications made out to the Angel Fund, and strive to include as many students as possible.

How to Register:
Our brochure contains a simple form, requesting information about your child, the class you want to enroll in and payment information. If you don’t have a brochure, just call our offices at 224-6673 and we’ll mail one out to you as soon as we can (or click the right link to download the SUMMER BROCHURE or FALL BROCHURE in a .pdf format).
   
Fill out the registration form (including the daytime phone number where you can be reached if we have any questions) and mail it to our business offices. You can also fax this form to us at 224-8844. We register students in the order we receive your forms, so please register early.

Registration closes TWO BUSINESS DAYS before a class begins.
We require payment up front before we can process a registration.
Teachers will not accept payment on the first day of class.

(Please note that instructors cannot let in students who have not registered, nor can they fill out registration forms in class.)

Full payment by check or credit card is required to secure a space in the class.
There is a $2.00 processing fee on ALL registrations.

Financial Assistance:
The CCT Academy offers financial assistance provided by contributions to CCT's Angel Fund from individuals and businesses supportive of the arts. They are awarded on the basis of financial need and availability. Because funds are limited, we cannot guarantee that aid will be available for all requests. Financial aid applications must be on file two weeks before classes begin.

Discounts
If you sign up for more than one class at the same time, we offer a discount of 5% off when you sign up for two classes, and 10% when you sign up for three classes or more. This discount can be applied to one child taking multiple classes (in one session or in two consecutive sessions) or siblings each taking one class and cannot be combined with a subscriber discount. However, this discount is valid only when you register for all classes at the same time. If you later sign up for an additional class, no discount applies. Cancellation:
If you cancel your registration after it has been processed but at least two business days before the class begins we will refund your tuition (less a $10.00 cancellation fee) in the form of a credit certificate usable for CCT Tickets or class tuition. If you cancel with less than two days notice, no refund will be given.
CCT reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. If we must cancel a class, we will issue a full refund.
