Corporate Partners
Contributions from our corporate and business partners help us extend our excellent programming to more than 125,000 young people and families through our three programs: CCT Theatre Series produces 8 family-friendly productions each season performed in our very own Theatre, CCT Academy offers year-round classes taught by professional artists and instructors for children ages 3-18 as well as two summer performance companies for ages 10-15 and 16-22, CCT’s Professional Touring Company brings live theatre to schools throughout Ohio performing annually for over 100,000 school children. When you invest in Columbus Children’s Theatre you are investing in a fiscally responsible and financially stable arts organization that has been serving central Ohio for 49 years. Each year we continue to see exceptional growth. · This season our Professional Touring Company is experiencing its busiest touring schedule on record with over 300 performances between September 2011 and May 2012. · The CCT Academy’s enrollment has soared above anything we’ve seen before. We are partnering organizations such as BalletMet, the Kings Arts Complex, the Columbus Museum of Art and the YWCA to expand our class offerings. · Attendance for our shows continues to be high. Our average audience capacity for the last couple of years has been 82%. We sell out approximately 50% of our performances. In the past year two of our shows sold out completely before opening night (48 performances). CCT connects and engages the audience and sets high expectations for experiences with the arts. CCT has outstanding artists that serve as role models and mentors for our future artists. Engaging children in all aspects of the arts makes a difference in that child's life. CCT uses adult actors in adult roles and always uses youth actors in youth roles. When a child sees a young person in our professional productions, it becomes more accessible to that child--not only as a story they can relate to, but as an art form which they can consider themselves. Scores of children who have been on stage at CCT now are earning their living through the arts; thousands more have become regular fans and supporters of theatre. Great things are happening at Columbus Children's Theatre, however, we need your help to sustain our programs at their highest level of artistic and educational excellence and to maintain this growth. We understand that the dollars you spend have to bring the maximum benefit to your company. Corporate sponsors are offered exclusive benefits and services based on their level of contribution. These packages are carefully structured at each level to provide the maximum visibility and the greatest mutual benefit, but can be tailored to meet the needs of your organization.
