Seating begins 30 minutes before curtain. Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. Even though your seats are reserved, we recommend arriving in the area 30 minutes prior to the start time of the performance. This will allow you time to find parking. While parking is abundant, we are in an area of Columbus that is seeing increased activity.

Box Office Hours and Location

Tickets can be purchased by calling Columbus Children’s Theatre at 614-224-6672 during listed hours, through CAPA or through TicketMaster. Every ticket order includes a minimal administrative/processing fee that varies based on the location of purchase.

For performances, the Theatre Box Office window opens one hour prior to the performance start time and is available by phone three hours prior to performance. At non-performance times, tickets can be purchased from Columbus Children’s Theatre’s administrative office located at 177 East Naghten Street in Columbus, Ohio. Hours are:

12:30 pm – 5:00 pm   Monday

9:30 am – 5:00 pm   Tuesday – Friday

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, for a $3 fee (waived for subscribers) you may exchange your tickets for the same show at another performance time. All exchanges must be received by the Box Office 24 hours prior to your original performance time and are subject to availability.

Location
Administrative Offices – Our office is located at 177 East Naghten Street in Columbus, Ohio. Tickets may be purchased through our Box Office at this location Monday – Friday.

Theatre – Most performances take place in our Park Street Theatre located at 512 Park Street in Columbus, Ohio. This is located ½ block north of the North Market and 1-1/2 blocks south of Goodale Park. Our April spring musical takes place at the Lincoln Theatre located at 769 East Long Street in Columbus, Ohio. The Lincoln Theatre can be easily accessed from Interstate 71.

Parking
Park Street Theatre – Metered parking (free on Sunday), pay lots and parking garages are conveniently located within 1-3 blocks of the theatre. Fees vary. We suggest you allow 30 minutes to find parking, especially on Nationwide Arena event nights.

Lincoln Theatre – Parking is available at the Lincoln Theatre parking lot, located next to the Lincoln Theatre, and accessible from Long Street. Additional parking is available at the Long Street Presbyterian church, located on Garfield Avenue, to the east of the Lincoln Theatre

Severe Weather Policy
Inclement weather is not a cause for cancellation. As long as the artist can make it to the theater the show will go on. There are no refunds or exchanges because of bad weather. Plan to leave home early, and please travel carefully. If the status of a show does change, an announcement will be posted here as well as on local radio and television.

Gift Certificates
